Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays.
You can track your order by logging into your DaddySalon account and visiting the "My Orders" section. We'll also send you email updates with tracking information at each stage of delivery.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products with original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain products like hairbrushes and opened cosmetics cannot be returned. Please contact our support team for return authorization.
